Thank you for shopping at SvnTwnz. We strive to provide high-quality clothing and excellent customer service. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging, with any tags still attached.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@svntwnz.com with your order number and details of the product you would like to return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.
Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact our customer service team at info@svntwnz.com with your order number and details of the product you would like to exchange. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
Damaged or Faulty Items
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately at info@svntwnz.com with photos of the damage or fault, as well as your order number. We will assess the issue and provide you with instructions on how to proceed, which may include a refund or replacement.
